CalPrint offers a comprehensive solution for printing your calendar and reminders with ease. With this app, you can print your Day, Week, Month, and custom list calendar views to any printer, not just AirPrint compatible ones. Additionally, you have the option to email your calendar or reminders as a PDF file to share with others.

One of the useful features of CalPrint is the ability to print out your monthly calendar and stick it to the fridge or office wall, providing a convenient way to stay organized. You can also print out a shared family reminder shopping list, making it easier for everyone to stay on top of tasks.
 
CalPrint also fully supports Shortcuts functionality, allowing you to easily print specific time frames such as "Print today", "Print tomorrow", "Print this week", and "Print this month". This feature enables efficient scheduling and planning.

Another handy feature is the ability to print maps and driving directions for appointments. By having this information readily available, you can navigate to your destinations hassle-free.

In addition to calendar printing, CalPrint allows you to add, delete, and edit appointments within the app itself. You can adjust various print options such as layout, mini calendar inserts, text size, and single page printing to customize your output according to your needs.

You can choose which calendars to display and print, email your calendar views as PDF files, search for events and print the results, navigate through the week view seamlessly, quickly zoom to a specific day in the month view, and easily create new appointments. Furthermore, you can print event maps and driving directions and even export your calendar as a PDF for use in other apps.

CalPrint also extends its printing capabilities to reminders functionality. You can choose which reminder lists to display and print, making it convenient to print your shopping list, to-do list, or any other lists shared with your family. Filtering options allow you to separate scheduled and completed reminders, and you can search for specific text in reminders to easily find what you need. Additionally, like with calendars, you can email your reminder lists as PDF files for easy sharing and reference.
 
With fully functional printing capabilities, CalPrint supports printing to all printers. You can connect to printers via network, WiFi, USB, or Bluetooth using your Mac or PC. For USB and Bluetooth printers, free print server software (available for both Windows and Mac) can be utilized. Furthermore, you have the ability to print remotely via 3G/4G connections if needed. CalPrint supports printing using all the same document formats supported by your Mac or PC, ensuring compatibility with virtually any printer in use.
